Return & Refund Policy – Diet & Nutrition Products
We strive to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all diet and nutrition products. Due to the nature of these consumable items, the following return and refund policy applies:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is:
- Damaged, defective, or tampered with at the time of delivery
- Incorrect item delivered (different from the order placed)
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video or clear images may be required as proof to process the request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Products returned without original packaging, labels, or seals intact
- Orders placed by mistake or due to change of preference
3. Refund Policy
- Once the return request is approved and the product is verified, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the original source.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, bank details may be requested to process the refund.
4. Replacement Policy
- Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, based on availability.
- Replacement requests follow the same eligibility and verification process as returns.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.
